Katalin Ladik

Katalin Ladik was born in Ujvidek, Hungary (now Novi Sad, Yugoslavia), and is currently a member of the Ujvideki Magyar Theatre. She is a visual poet, mail artist, singer, and composer. In 1980 she was a participant at the 12th International Sound Poetry Festival in New York City and Baltimore. Her works include Ballad of the Silver Bicycle, Icarus on the Metro, and The Lustful Broom.
