David B. Hopes

David B. Hopes is Professor of Literature at UNC-Asheville, director of the Pisgah Players, director of Urthona Press and the Urthona Gallery in Asheville. He is a widely published poet, playwright, fiction and essay writer whose many books include The Glacier’s Daughters, A Sense of Morning, The Penitent Magdalene and Blood Rose.
